"Buy 3, Free 1" SUP Guided Adventure Package
Terms & Conditions: 

1. Promotion & Validity

• Offer: Purchase three (3) full-price Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Guided Adventure slots and receive one (1) additional slot for free.

• Validity: This offer is valid for bookings made and redeemed from now until 31 December 2027.

2. Location

• Paddle Location: All SUP Guided Adventures under this package take place at STAR Marina, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru.

3. Usage & Redemption

• Group Redemption: All four (4) participants must join and complete the SUP Guided Adventure together during the same scheduled session. The package cannot be split across multiple sessions or dates.

• Non-refundable: Unused slots or partial group non-attendances are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

4. Bookings, Verification & Reservations

• Advance booking is strictly required to redeem this package.

• All bookings are subject to slot availability and daily maximum participant limits.

• Proof of Purchase / Pass Verification: The valid reservation pass or purchase confirmation email must be submitted/presented during booking to successfully claim and confirm the "Buy 3, Free 1" package.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Waterfly Borneo’s standard Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to all confirmed bookings under this promotion.

• Weather & Safety Cancellations: SUP adventures are outdoor activities subject to sea, and weather conditions. Waterfly Borneo reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the route of any trip due to unfavorable weather, high wind, rough seas, or water safety concerns. In such events, guests will be offered an alternative date or time slot.

6. Participant Requirements & Responsibility

• Participants must follow all safety instructions, wear provided Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs), and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the activity.

• Waterfly Borneo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying unsafe behavior or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without refund.
